Online registration and centrix facility

I have made numerous requests for over two months for allowing me centrix facility on my landline number 011-40512573 and for helping me to make registration on their website. I have sent emails also to nodal officer. Although nothing has been done till date, I received an email from nodal officer that both my issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. When I pointed out about this fact, nodal officer has chosen not to answer my email.
