Wrongfully charged amount and refusal to reimburse the same after accepting

I had opted for Unlimited Blackberry package which i deactivated 1 month prior of activating it. I got the confirmation code. Since i was no longer using the blackberry handset anymore, down the line i get to know that ive been charged every month for a year for blackberry unlimited package which i dont even use since i dont have a blackberry handset and for which i got a confirmation of deactivation months ago. I approached the customer service and the nodal officer and their appellate department. At first they accepted their mistake of wrongfully charging me the amount totaling to 12000 rupees for one year. I was told i will be reimbursed the money, but no such thing was done and my number eventually got disconnected because of non payment of bill, which i was told by their staff not to pay till the matter is resolved. when i called them again regarding the same i was told i can only be reimbursed 50 percent payment or else nothing. This is unfair malpractices being conducted by AIRTEL. I am really very disssapointed and harrassed by the company and seek any help available regarding the same issue. Kindly help me get my money back and Airtel should be blacklisted r penalized.
