Activated radio pakage automatically

Sir,

plz deactivate radio service to my number : 9573708579. it is activated automatically and every month 40/- is deducting from my account from last 2 months.

plz deactivate all the extra services internet, jokes ..to this number.

actually my parents are using this number. they dont want any extra services like radio, internet and jokes.

plz cancel these services.

they will use this mobile for only dialing calls and receiving calls.
