False activation of caller tune

I am AirTe customer 9424374311. i have received an call from 911400440013 at11.39a.m. at 06/10.and asked me to select acaller tune at alower charge@rs10per month. Ido not selected any option and disconnected. Just afterA MESSAGE RECEIVED and Rs35 dedected from my account. I COMPLAINED IMMIDIATELYat customer care and informed about this and requested to stop this and refund amount deducted.he agreed anddeactivated and said to me you will receive balance with in an hour.message received for the same at12:11p.m.after this a message received from customer care 121that amount has been transferred to my account. but no balance transffered to me.again I contected to customer care he checked my account and transffered the call to sr. executive.he gave no response. I tried again and again but no result

it is a froud . pl enquir the matter and pannelised the company for this. Pl.informe me about the action taken..
