Faulty process

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am writing to you as a very upset customer of airtel who is waiting to switch over to Vodafone or some other telecom company.

The problem that I am facing with airtel is as follows:-

I first bought 2 new corporate postpaid connections from airtel with the numbers 9810661293 and 9810771293 with the name of GBC and submitted all the documents required by the airtel officer.

After few days the no 9810661293 stop working stating the reason that the documents are not complete so I contacted the airtel representative again and he came to my office to collect the documents once again.

At the same time I required one more new connection so I purchased 9871131777 from that representative and was told by him that I do not need to give 2 sets of documents as 1 set of documents would be used for both the numbers i.e., the old connection and for the new one..

But days passed by and the number didn't work so I called the airtel representative on his mobile and he told me in the morning that the number would start working by the evening and then in the evening when I called him again he used to switch off his mobile. This happened for few days and then I finally decided to call the nodal officer so when I called the nodal office, there was this representative with the name Monica who took my case and she promised me that the numbers would be working by the close of this case as I was not wrong anywhere and it was airtel who was missing something on there process and she also promised me a resolution. But somehow the call got disconnected from her side and when I called her again there was someone else and he took my mobile number and promised me that he would tell Monica to give me a call back as it was not possible for him to transfer the call to her and he also promised me that he would do a follow up on this case so that I am assured a resolution. But to my dissatisfaction. No one called me up and when I called the nodal Number for somewhere around 7 to 8 times after holding the lines for minutes I was not able to connect to anyone stating the reason that all the nodal officers are busy at the moment.

So today i.e., 28th September I called the nodal number again and got connected to Monica and now what she is telling me is that the numbers are permanently blocked and if I wanted those numbers again I need to submit the whole set of documents again.

Though the case was open how can you close the numbers and also do you feel that for 1 number I submitted the whole set of documents twice and I should submit them again for the 3rd time because there was some problem with the airtel.

Where are those documents that I have submitted earlier gone. Have they been misused or misplaced. what should I take that as.

Nodal Officer Name:- Monica

This is just to inform you that you should go ahead and see how your nodal officers talk with the customers and are so worst in the way of saying things that it feels like that I have done something wrong on my side that they are talking to me like this.

Your Nodal Officer, Monica told me that I could get a transfer of the activation charges of Rs. 600 (for two numbers) to another airtel number if I don't want to continue with the numbers and now when I have decided to leave airtel and go for other company they are telling me that I cannot get the money transferred to another number and nothing can be done about it. She is also asking me to go ahead and search for the airtel representative that came to my office for the documents and talk to him about where my documents are if they are not with airtel.

Is this what you tell your customers when there is something wrong from your side, instead of apologizing and doing the needful.

Please let them know that I am not worried about my Rs. 600.00 as I am running a company but called them just to have what was promised to me.

But it seems that airtel has left all its customers and don't care about them anymore and also don't care about what is been done in airtel.
