Shifting of Landline connection

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have given a request for shifting of my landline connection from my old address to new address on 6th Oct and i was communicated that i will get a call back within 3 days i.e 8th Oct but i have not recieved any call from Airtel. Luckily, I again called back on 10th to confirm the status and then it was committed to me that we can't provide you service at your new address due to technically issues. Then i said ok if u can't provide me services then go for cancellation of connection and again i got promised that i will recieve the call from airtel within 4 hours and as expected i din't got any call from Airtel.

I called up again on 11th to confirm the status of my cancellation and then I got surprised when your executive told me that we can very much provide you service in my new location and he promised that my line will get shifted by today 12th Oct . and today gain i called to confirm the shifting status where i got one more surprise that airtel won't be able to provide me the service. I don't understand, first of all i have not got any call from airtel and secondly everytime i am getting new resolutions.

I want to know when Airtel doesn't have knowledgeable people then why they are in the system???

Please get back to me on what to be done on this now.
