About 3 months back in july i bought AIRTEL'S YOUTH PACK SIM according to which i can make airtel to airtel local cals at 1p/3 sec & at night at 1p/6 sec. this plan was valid for 1 year i.e. till july but all of a sudden, the company is now charging me 1.2p/sec to local airtel network.
i lodge my complaint in their customer care also but the customer care executive (MAHESH) told me that company has changed the tariff plan & refused to switch me to my original tariff plan.
i asked him how can the company change my tariff pan which was valid for an year that too without even informing me but he had no answer.
i request you to look into this matter within a day or i will lodge a complaint in the consumer court as soon as possible. i have done this before also with some other site and won the case so i request you that you should not take this complaint lightly.
