I am writing this mail with utter disappointement, as I have been calling Airtel helpline for a small issues since last 2 months .. yet, no assistance provided till date ..

Everytime I call I have been informed that systems are not working .. and that the request cannot be registered ..

I have a simple query to convert my Broadband connection to IP TV ..

Please assist ..
