Deduction from balance for VAS and poor speed of gprs

Sir,

I am an airtel suscriber for last one and half year and also GPRS for same period. My no. is 9678923754In those period I never complain about the speed of GPRS. I have taken Airtel connection only because the speed of airtel GPRS was good. Previously I was using Reliance GPRs before yours and I left their service because the speed got poor Now from last week I found the speed of airtel GPRS is very poor. It take almost 10 to 15 min to open a window. So I hope there will be improve in speed as early as possible Otherwise I have to use mobile portabilty service to switch to other service.

I have another problem to mention from airtel service provider. I am feedup with their value added service attaching to me without my knowledge for last 3 to 4 month. They refund me when I complain and again start deducting by attaching a VAS. On 4th nov. they refund me Rs11/- for vas naming special festival service for charging on 21st oct and 1st nov Rs 10/- and Rs1/- respectively and told me that they stop the service but again they charge for same vas on 4th and 6th nov. In past also they deducted amount from my balance in the name of vas and when I put complain here they refund me back. I hope they will stop this unethical practice.
