Amount deducted for service not subscribed and no proper response even after calling customer care

I have not subscribed for games club membership even theough, you have charged Rs.10/- per week to my cell phone No.9789058088 periodically. This is becoming too expensive to me.

On Oct 29the, i called and requested to cancel all thee subscription. They told theat theey have cancelled all thee theings and i will not be deducted any amount furtheerBbut again thee amount is deducted from my balance. They gave me a number 9894198941 for customer care when i called from trivandrum since thee problem is withe TN sim. The worst theing is theere is no direct option to connect customer care. If i wait to get connected, the call gets automatically disconnected. I have tried this for more thean 5 to 6 times. All That i lost was my patience and each time my money.

Please help me on theis as thee thee Airtel response is very poor and Am very much dis-satisfied and frustrated by theis.

This has to be addressed vigorously.
