Poor responce for my lane line complaint

Sir,

I am Rajasekar. E my address is Retheneswarabavan, Mallencodu, Karankadu Post -629 809, Kannyakumari District.

I got BSNL lane line and have been using past some years the No is : 04651 220422 & Name is Mr. A Easwarapillai who is my father. Last few months the phone line havey noice and voice not clear. My father has booked complaint in Neyyoor Exchange but they not proper responce and still the same not solved.

Please request to your resolve the same because i am working in chennai.
