Dear concern,

i am using Airtel no 8800508406 and i am unable to call on a particular number and i was contacted so many time to customer care and he told me your problem will be solve on till 7th nov but still i am having the same problem and today i have talked with kanchan and she told me that she can't take my complaint because of my main balance is zero.

so i am requesting you please look on this and resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
