I am Venkat, my Mobile number is : 9600051129 and I have been using the same post paid number from 2.5 Years.
I never missed the payment within in 2.5 years.
Unfortunatley I have not made the payment for 2 months due to my busy office work/travel and confident abut my credit history with AIRTEL.
I have informed the same to the AIRTEL call center. But after few days they have disconnected my service.
Last 10 days back I got a call from AIRTEL Call center/Collection Team for the payment. I told them I will make the payment by 19-Oct by 3 PM.
I got call on 19-Oct asking the confirmation for the payment. I said the samething that I will make the payment by 3 PM.
Again I got the call around 2:30 or 3 PM, as I was busy i didn't pickedup the call. After some time I got call from my uncle, he said that he got a call from AIRTEL team and they scolding him like anything.
Next day i got the call from some other guy from AIRTEL and asked the payment. I asked them why they have called my uncle and why they talked rudely. He said he don't know about that.
Again Today I call from AIRTEL team, I asked the same thing. I am ready to make the payment and I confirmed the samething to they. But I don't know Why they are talking like this.
Is Airtel is recruiting Rowdies or professonal presonals?
Even today also he called my uncle from Ph. No : 9952944002 and scolded like anything. He called from Tamilnadu, and my uncle is from Andhrapradesh.
He said that All andhra guys are like Thives and he hates Andhra people and also he used so many unusual workds.
What does his mean? he hates Andhra?
He called to my Mother also. he talked like very rash and he asked my mom like "All ur family members doing samething or what"?
Is he form decent family or lowlevel character?
He doesn't have minimum commonsense how to speak with Ladies.
I dont think the AIRTEL has given the training like this and I dont think AIRTEL would encourage such Gundas and who doesnt have minimum commonsense people.
