Delete number from system

Dear sir

my number 9892272260 earlier it was postpaid from 2007 and last month oct i change into prepaid..then after activation it deactivate 5-6 times and

finally the number delete from system as per nearest airtel provider...

i m helpless and perhaps no one is here to lookafter this matter seriously... please activate my number
