NON ACTION OF AIRTEL DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS

Dear Sir,

Sub. Repeated disconnection of my Broadband & Tel No 01142440600

Ref. My complaint Dt.24.10.2011 regarding above sub. matter

Despite my subject complaint & complaint under reference, my Internet was again

disconnected yesterday and even today also, when I checked up, it was not

working. And when I reminded that the matter is pending resolution before the

Nodal officer, then yesterday with great difficulty they started again. And

after sometime it again started giving problems, then I called again to lodge

the complaint, which though was lodged after great difficulty as Mr Rajesh gave

me a Ref no.6182994 at around 12 noon and said it will be rectified by evening.

HOWEVER, none turned up to rectify the same, so I checked up the same around

noon today

when it was got connected with great difficulty and finally it was attended by

one Mr. Nitish and

tone of the customer care chap, Mr. Nitish Sirwani (even full name he was not

prepared to

divulge) >When I told that the matter is pending consideration before THE NODAL

OFFICER, then his immediate reaction was that you ask the Nodal officer to

rectify your complaint himself by visiting your home. When I asked him to put

to his Floor Supervisor, he put me on some horrible music for more than half an

hour and finally after testing my patience for so long, he replied that he

cannot connect me to floor supervisor and banged the phone (this fact can be

checked from your phonetic records even)

It may be informed that Your Lower Officials, it seems have no respect

either for their CUSTOMERS or have a SCANT RESPECT FOR THEIR SENIOR OFFICERS,

AND THAT TOO FOR THE HIGHEST APPELLATE AUTHORITY

The Even say that we don't bother about customers and Mind it THEY ARE

MAKING A COMPLETE MOCKERY OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS Ana are

making an ABSOLUTE MOCKERY OF THEIR OFFICERS.

After that I again made a complaint call, which was attended by one

Ms. Shadab (who also refused to give her full name and said "This in my full

name only" ) Anyway, although she has registered my complaint vide Ref No.

6241098 and also said that it is written there that one Mr Ravi, an

engineer, visited my premises and rectified the complaint.

This is to bring it to your SPECIFIC NOTICE than no such person ever

visited my premises yesterday and today to resolve my problem. An appropriate

action is required to be taken against all such DELINQUENT PERSONS, who are out

to bring bad REPUTE to your esteemed organisation. Keeping my options open and

sending a communication for taking Punitive Actions With TRAI & D.D.G Public

Grievances, Deptt. of Communication, Sanchar Bhawan for initiating appropriate

actions, failing which, move to the APEX Court of the Land for Appropriate

Actions.

Hence Be INFORMED ONCE AGAIN & TAKE APPROPRIATE NOTICE.

Sub;- Despite my earliar SEVERAL Complaints in respect of my Tel. No.01142440600, my problem still remains unsolved and also even after your so called resolving the assurance vide mail dt.07/11

Deer Sir,

Despite my Several Complaints on the subject issue since July-Aug. wherein my Plan was CHANGED without my request or asking me, for which repeated comlaint/requests had been lodged to correct those HIGHLY INFLATED BILLS, now even after your mail (Enclosed) that the matter has been resolved, I have AGAIN been slapped with the BILL NO. 597873528, again on the WRONG PLAN. And my phone is been regularly disconnected by saying that the Bill is pending to be paid and the same is restored after explaining them their fault of WRONG BILLING< Which is pending resolution before your goodself.

Now after Receipt of the aforesaid WRONG BILL, despite your said mail dt.07/11, I am receving threatening calls daily (EVEN AFTER YOUR SO CALLED, MATTER BEEN RESOLVED) to deposit the entire BILL (which again been raised of wrong Bill PLan) within 24 HOURS< FAILING WHICH MY SERVICES SHALL BE DISCONNECTED, which they have also disconnectd even recently. Iasked them to SEND ME THE CORRECTED BILL ON MY OLD COMBO- PLAN of RS. 649.00 (Whch I had for about last 8 YEARS) and also after GIVING DUE DEDUCTIONS/WAIVER of Ammounts for which my sevices were illegally Disconnected/Withheld by your concerned Departments... But I was replied by the person concerned (Who did not disclose his Identity) And asked me to DEPOSIT the ENTIRE BILLED AMOUNT (Which is totally wrong) and REFUSED to lend to my request of sending the corrected Bill, with due adjustments and required WAIVER. But instead

Please note that I shall make the payment only when MY ENTIRE CORRECTED BILL in WRITING is sent to me, along with due deductions WAIVERS for the periods for which my services had been repeatedly withheld and were BARRED and for mental harassment, . Now I feel I have been unduly harassed and Agonised for which I am liable to be suitably compensated, failing which I am initiating appropriate AUTHORITIES/ COURTS / FORUMS for Appropriate Actions for enforcement of my constitutional rights and for penal compensation against your organization for your illegal actions and causing me great mental & working harassments besides causing me GREAT MENTAL AGONY.
