UNAUTORIZE DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM AIRTEL PREPAID

Today to my surprise I see my prepaid balance (my no. 9987325589) getting deducted by rs 10 without getting any mssg through sms or any other mode. This is something which is been happening for last 2 months that suddenly my balance gets deducted by some amount without knowing which service have been activated illegally. I HAVE NEVER EVER APPLIED FOR ANY AIRTEL SERVICES EIITHER BY SENDING SMS OR CALLING ANY NUMBER.By calling airtel helpline, I was told that there's crap services as below

1. GYAN

2. Dialogue Bazzi

3. India Tweets Trend

got activated which caused series of deduction each day.

I'm SHOCKED...!!!

They registered by complain (no. 112324061200 -by Geeta) & was told that I would be getting rs.10 reimbursement for yesterday's cut but not for one's before that as its against co.'s policy... well I dont see any such policy in airtel's official website. Is this the way airtel is making money profits when all other telecom co. making losses??

Could anybody please help me on this as this is not the first instance... I've seen one of my office colleague fighting with airtel helpline for this stupid GYAN service getting activated unknowingly. WHY THE HECK WOULD ANYBODY GO FOR THAT CRAP GYAN SERVICE WHEN THERE IS SO MUCH FREE GYAN ON WEB??
