My postpaid mobile number was 9779907961, it was lost 3 months ago (in aug), i had informed the airtel office, filed an FIR and told the airtel people to block my number there and then. It is very shameful for the airtel company that if a person does not want to continue with the services, why do they come up with new services such as you can switch from postpaid to prepaid using the same.number... why dont the airtel people understand that once a customer has told them to block the number, why have they not blocked it till now? the airtel customer service people have been contacting for the last 3 months to continue with the number and they have not blocked the number till now... what kind of customer service is this? Moreover the company has been making the mobile bill for these 3 months... if someone could kindly answer as to who is responsible for the payment of the bill? as from my side my phone was lost 3 months ago and i not using the number.
