Dear Sir

I want to tell you in brief about your call center that your agent doesn't give proper info to customer what they want.

I want to recharge my mobile of Rs 100/- so i called at center for some queries so one agent Mr. Amitabh told me that if you will recharge of Rs 100/- then your account will be recharged by Rs 87/- and if you will get the message of Rs 100/- then you will take the unlimited offer also, so i asked from him is there any change will be done on my call charges so he said no sir there will not be any change on this so i said OK then should i go with this recharge so he said yes Sir.

So i recharged Thru Net Banking so when i checked is my call rates are changed or not then i come to know that Yes my call rates are changed from Rs 0.60 to Rs 0.80 (or may be more) and after checking again i called to call center without saying that i recharged on mobile again i asked same question from him but second agent told me all same thing but one thing more he told me that if you will recharge thru machine then your plan will change and if you will recharge thru coupon then you call rates will not changed.

So now how could customer know all that things if agent will not tell to customer.

And i especially asked with first agent that i do not want to my call rates change but after that he didn't give me any information regarding same.

I want my money back or my previous call rates.
