At the time of issuing this phone connection they said no rental and no fees . it is a railway interwork for south zone only with free talk time worth Rs. 25.Railway inline network in south zone is free talk time.
But from October month onwards I am getting bills for Rs. 140 each.
For the two phones I am getting 280 monthly. It is completely rude action. Without informing us they change the plan. While contacting they said they already sent an SMS regarding plan change. No Information is given in the bill except plan charge 140.
While contacting the customer service on 13/12 the customer service representative bluffed that (Ph: 9894012345)
THEY CHANGED THE PLAN ACCORDING TO THE RAILWAY BOARD ORDER AND FURTHER DETAILS I HAVE TO CONTACT MY HR SUPERVISOR".
I wondered, how a Railway Board issue order to a Private company to change the plan and what is the necessity to take this action other than railway activities. And there is no HR department in Railways. It is Personal Department. This plan is not given by Railways and there is no connection to Personal Department and they will not encourage this private activities.. The Air Tel officials individually contacting the railway people and sell this plan. Now they said " Railway Board Order". They think I am a fool to accept whatever the bluffed. This is misusing of Government Department Name for their benefits.
I want to know why they change the plan and I want to retain my original plan prior to October and also to refund the amount charged for an uninformed changed plan.
Please take necessary action.
