Disconnect broadband connection

Hi,

I wish to disconnect my airtel broadband connection no .02242954348 .I had already registered a request for this in Oct'2011 but it has not been processed for 3 months despite me telling them around 20 times through phone calls. Please do it immediately and stop sending the bills for these periods, as i am no longer using your broadband connection.
