No solution found for the complaint dated 25/12

The company for which i am complaining is Airtel

i had registered with the complaint of mine that i was being charged for msgs since the 23 of the month.

I was assured that i would be resolved soon but till date the necessary steps have not yet been taken.

The complaint number of mine was CWRCH31225012233.

Also this is not the first time every 2 months i am having some or the other problem...
