Dear Airtel Presence,

I have started struggling with Airtel yet again.

I was called by Airtel person and given an MNP offer of Airtel to Airtel 10 paise, other mobiles 30 paise and std 50 paise. Saravana Kumar who called me assured that this would be activated in 72 hours. But still it has not been activated. I complained 4 times to 198 and 121. Every time they kept on giving the deadline of 8 hourrs, 24 hours and 48 hours etc.

Today 06.01.2012 a person called me from 08754404459 and said the offer will be activated in 24 hours but immediately received a message saying "we were trying to contact but you are not available". I checked with 198 and a person called me from 08022201238. and first said the offer is not available and then said will be activated in 48 hours.

I do understand your tactics of always playing around and fooling the customers. Please activate it immediately. Numerous times I have been agonized like this.
