Sir i have been charged for value added services which i had not activated and after contacting the service provider they say thaT THEY CAN ONLY REFUND RS 10. and the rest is beyond their limit, services like kanada, cartoon network had been activated all by itself when i dont even speak the language.it is a rip off and it will only force us to change our service provider if it is not attended to.
