Service problem, neglecting complaints and not responding to complaints

I am using airtel service since 4 years. and airtel ap since 5 months since 1 month i am complaining the airtel customer care that my calls are being connected to wrong numbers frequently (10-20 times a day) and am being charged for all the calls, and irritation when am in hurry to talk some... even after repeted complaints airtel is not responding properly and they are disconecting calls without any explanation or solution.
