Do not deactivate the landline and generating bills again and agian

Sir,

I have submitted a request to cancel my landline on 9.1.2012 on [email protected]. They reply me on 11 Jan. 2012

reference no: - 10167824 but they did not cancel that landline no:- 01143691815 and I requested again on 21

January reference no:-10639782. This time also they did not disconnected my landline and generated a bill

of 605 Rs. but I gave that amount on 30 January and asked them process of deactivation but they told me

that they discontinue only outgoing not incoming and told me a unbilled amount about of Rs.16.
