I recharged my prepaid mobile phone No: 9810020091 from 'AirTel' on19/01 at night, by using my citibank credit card, on line.
The recharged amount has not been added to my account till date, inspite of my having lodged several complaints, on mobile and by e-mails.
I was assured by one of their representative that it will be done with-in 24 hrs but now almost a week has passed to this assurance also
The main complaint No: is CONRC 30120835572 dated 20/01 at 8.24 a.m.
