Incoming and Outgoing call disconnected

I have purchased 1 Airtel SIM (MB. No. 8757585123) from M/S Arti Electronics, Teliaya, Koderma (State- Jharkhand). I have already submitted necessary documents along with original photo to M/S Arti Electronics. But surprisingly, my outgoing/ incoming call has been disconnected w.e.f 21/02. Immediate restoration of outgoing/ incoming call is requested.
