Espected sir,
on 24th of february, i had activated a 3g plan costing rs 43 on my number and for that company deducted rs 43 from my main balance. since then my plan has not been activated till today. i registered a complaint to the costumer care executive regarding the problem and company promised me to solve my problem till 27th february evening. But now they are ignoring my number and i am not able to connect to the costumer care helpline. even i am having balance but they are telling me that i cant make calls because of insufficient balance. i am fade up of all such faults of airtel company.
