Incoming Call in Roaming

Dear Sir,

i am using a airtel prepaid mobile connection, i used to travel frequently to Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka, i am facing problem in recieving Incoming Calls while i am in roaming, i had requested many times to Customer Care about this but each and every time they will say every thing is fine from our end, i am not sure how to deal this problem. because of this i lost all my reputation and missed many important deals during that time.

please help me in getting this resolved.
