I have transfer from Kolkata to Pardeep, Orissa so I Purchase one orissa sim here no. 9938443080. My WB SIM no. 9933117060 I purchase from Kharagpur with all reqd. documents. I am having single sim mobile phone my orissa sim is there. In the month of January'12 I had gone to Kharagpur for long time tried my WB sim but it is giving SIM registration fail. Several times I had gone to your India, Customer care branch which is opp. of LIC branch, Inda, Kharagpur. But one lady is there she does to listen my problem. nor she talk to me in proper way.
Kindly look into the matter & re-activate my WB sim with prev. balance in it.
Plz. note I have given all person this number & my whole family is using AIRTEL connection.
