Some Video Club service has been activated on my mobile, they are charging me 30 Rs. per week, from last two month after repetitive complaints no action has been taken. The call get hanged up (I think deliberately) after i make the query to the customer service. This has been totally unprofessional from AirTel, and now I am suppose to pay the bill with all that unwanted service charges late fees, which I am not agree to pay. Please help me with this, I want strong action against this.
