Mobile Recharge not done

Transferred Rs. 330 = 00 towards mobile recharge from HDFC bank at 3:50 pm today 30-03.But the mobile was not recharged. On enquiry on their phone no. 9892098920 I was told that the process will take four hours. at 9:30 pm i contacted problem not solved at first attempt. again i tried four times but i could not reached the attendent. Usless manerless dirty service.
