Unnecessary Balance Deduction

I have a Mobile Handset (Service Provider: Airtel) in which one plan for 2G Internet pack exists, valid up to 14.04.2012 before ending up of my balance I again bought another 2G Internet pack on 14.04.2012 for 200MB which is valid from 14.04.2012 to 16.04.2012. While surfing net on 14.04.2012 in my mobile I surprisingly noticed that a sum of Rs.123.30 deducted from my main balance and on enquiry from Airtel Customer Care it has been told that during ending up of my earlier pack they deducted the balance from my main balance without giving prior notice though I have a sufficient Net Balance. In the consequence I need your redressal on that issue.
