Late auto renewal of message plan

I got recharge my mobile for messages of rs. 62/- in last month. that completed by yesterday on 20-04. from today morning when I message to family person there was no auto renew of that plan from airtel company and serivice provider deducted the charge for my all messages in the morning therefore I have to got it recharged from retail shop in our campus at Indian Institute of technology, kanpur. but in afternoon company also deducted balance for auto renew of the message plan. but my point is this if my number was on auto renew plan then why they deducted money in the morning for messages and not my number got renew just after the expiry of previous one. why it took time of 14hrs to do renew. this is the company fault. if i had not recharged earlier than how can i do message for the time until they renew it. and why they did not inform me that it will take 14 hrs to renew automatically.

therefore I want refund my deducted amount with the penalty on the firm. for this I can pay any thing.
