Number Terminated Without Prior Notice

The number was allocated to me as life time active number.

-- The number was randomly disconnected on 28th April. The reason being said non usage for 120 days.

-- The last out going message from the number was on 1st Feb.

-- The number was being recharged on regular basis and the last recharged claimed that number is valid till 2034 .

-- There was no prior notification send regarding the termination of services.

-- The connection application form didn't include any such clause of non usage.

-- Although the number was disconnected it kept on getting recharged and money was deducted from account.

Airtel is cheating the people of India and also government by claiming money on terminated numbers.
