Number barred from 2 weeks

Hello sir

my name is shreyas, i had ported my number last month on 28 apr from idea to air tel after 25 days without any warning they barred my number, after going asking them they told my documents were not proper . so i submitted the proper documents last week.. still after 1 week it not been activated. if i ask them they say it get proper today, still it not been solved, i don't know what to do more, my number is 9164159701,
