Excess Bill

Hi,

I am under plan wherein mobile internet and instamail is free. but for the month of March they have charged excess approx. Rs.1000 towards mobile internet.

I have extensively used emails, and wap site which i have been using even in previous plan as well.

I have changed to this plan from dec every month after complain them i used to get reversal.

this month, again i have complained but they are adamant. I have paid premium in my plan for the free services and also i have to pay for the download.

Loop mobile is cheating on a genuine customer like me.

I have already sent request for port out.
