Dear TEam,

To Introduce myself My name is K. FRedy VArghese 9994786646, Working with MAhindra & MAhindra as a Area Sales MAnager, It has been a month that I jave shifted from Prepaid of Airtel to Postpaid of Airtel, From the time I have shifted to Postpaid I felt I have landed in no mans land.

My connection has been disconnected atleast 5 times by your team stating No verification of Details but you have to let me know how many times do I need to verify my Address.

I work with a Indian MNC & In Sales You can seriously understand hiowmany number of calls we normally make. I have been in a situation where I had no Connection for 2 continuous days & again today is the 2nd time the same issue has come up.

I would seriously like to know is this the Customer service team is doing? The Airtel person who comes to our office sold me the postpaid scheme stopped picking up calls His name is Sahul : 9840097077.

Plz let me know whether I a fool to bear with all this. Expecting a Speedy connection.
