I was the customer for Airtel landline number 08040456765. i had a tariff month 499 taxes past more than a year they changes tariff plan with out my notice 599 tax. I spoke to customer services and they never gave response to me then i asked to disconnect services. they said for re-location charges free of cost and they agreed to shift network to new mentioned address. after few week they came up with there is no network in the new address. on 23 April i asked to disconnect services. then also they generated bill on my name.
