I Ashish Singla is a Prepaid Customer of Airtel with Mobile Number 9971387990.
On 28-05 Nearly about 1-2pm balance of Nearly 48rs was deducted without any call.
There is already 2g internet pack active on my number having validity upto 3 June so
there is no chances of deducting balance due to that. I didn't make any call/Sms so that balance deducted.
When I call customer care they tell me that our system is on upgrading. Last night on 27th May their system
also on upgradation. Many time when I call their system is down or upgradation. What service would they give to
customer when Airtel's self system is usually down.
Finally I would say to Airtel that Refund my balance otherewise there is no other option to file a case in consumer court.
