OVER BILLING AND CONNECTION NOT BEING CLOSED

I had an airtel lan line connection and have asked the company to close my connection in the month of march. To make sure they don't irritate me with the billing dates I have maintained email communication. However the company is so bad at closure of connections that I have to finally drop a complaint. I have experienced this even in the past when the connection was bought in delhi. Below is the email communication.

I have requested them to stop calling me for payment of bills when the connection has been closed. But they wouldnt stop calling me or sending bills.

I would like to request closure of the airtel broadband number : 08042043694 .

Please provide the balance amount to be payed. Once payed I would not like to

get calls for a second payment hence please make sure it is the complete amount.
