Once again there is a unnecessary cut in my balance from 10th june. My mobile no.is 9818265294. I just want to know how is it that the Airtel automatically activate unnecessary schemes and cut the value. I have been trying since the morning (11th June) to contact the customer care but it is of no use, nobody responds... I am a old customer of AIRTEL but now I am bound to complaint in a regular interval because it has become a regular practise from the part of airtel to comit the same mistake. I am really fed up.
I therefore request the concernd official to take some step and reimburse my cut and see that it doesnot happen further.
