My Mobile Account Balance 9730365805 turned 0 on 8th June before 10:00 AM. I tried recharging it online via an online portal. The balance was not credited although the amount got deducted.
I called customer care 9890098900 where in a representative picked up a call and asked me all the details regarding the transaction to register a complaint. Also, I was informed that I would receive a complaint number after the call, which never happened.
Thinking maybe this was a false transaction, I tried again for another rechar04342ge this time from airtel portal. Same thing happened here too. I called customer care again and enquired for the previous complaint but the previous complaint was not registered.
I told the representative to transfer the call to his supervisor which he eventually did but the great supervisor disconnected the call after speaking for few seconds.
I asked my brother to do an easy recharge in a hope that my phone will get some balance. Here too the same issue. This time I received a message saying the easy recharge transaction has failed.
I again called the customer care, this time he logged a complaint with # CONRC3060881040800 (I asked for it before disconnecting the call but still not sure if it’s a correct complaint number). As expected, the complaint no. is still not received via sms.
I asked him how can I get my phone recharged today and the answer was “we will resolve this issue by 13th June before 10:00 AM.”
The amount deducted is in process to be returned to the bank but even till today my issue is not resolved. I cannot recharge my phone through any means and also my balance has been turned to zero so i cannot even port out to other network. An airtel representative from Delhi is in contact with me to resolve the issue but even after 6 days there is no success.
The customer service department is not helping me out for MNP. Please help
