They deducting the money with out intimating the cancellation of Booster Packs. When contact the call centre (198) they are not speaking properly. Mainly Mr. Krishna moorthy who said we will provide service when u pay for booster packs only and we will not service the free offer customers. And he says if u compliant also no problem. This is poor service of Air Tel. When I gave request for Mobile Number Portability they called again and again regular intervals. And gave me an offer for 6 months. As per the call centre the free service is canclled to all the customers. He gave an wrong and improper information. As per him the communication send 15/06. But I received the sms on 16/06 only that also deducting the money regularly.
