the service provider airtel activated the services weeklySub subscription services and start deducting RS 20/ every week. However i have send sms unsub video to 57775 and reported complaint on 121, once they reversed Rs 20/ and assured that service will be permanently disconnected, but deduction of money is continued. On complaint lines no one is to listen to my grievances.
