I have recharged my mobile phone No.9867909718 on Sunday 24th June with Rs.60/- and got a talk time worth Rs.70/-. To my surprise when I checked it yesterday itself after recharging my balance showed Rs.372.56. On 25th June I checked my balance it showed Rs.370.56. When I inquired from your Cust. Care they said that Rs.2/- was being charged from 18th May for My song my story pack which we have never asked for. I was not aware that Rs.2/- is being charged everyday. I lost Rs.74/- . Is this some kind of tactics & games you'll are playing with customers???
To top it all they are telling me to ask for DND. Why should I ask for DND?? I have DND on my other mobile & I do not get any offers. SO IN OTHER WORDS IT MEANS THAT YOU'LL CAN PLAY THIS KIND OF MISCHIEF & FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING & WE ARE FED UP WITH AIRTEL SERVICES. MANY OF MY FRIENDS & NEIGHBOURS TOO HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM. I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU DO NOT STOP THESE DIRTY TRICKS.
