A value added service got activated on July 1st deducting 100Rs without any intimation and it also got renewed today, that is 16TH July. I realized only after I checked my balance and there was a shortage of 100Rs on both occasions. I called up the customer care, and they said it has been activated at my end, all they can do is, stop the service. Such mismanagement have happened before and they should make provisions to return the deducted amount if requested within a small duration of time since service activation.
