I am using AIRTEL 3G Datacard since 3 months. Suddenly it has stopped, providing 3G access to my datacard. The data is charged in the 3G package but giving access in 2G . I have also registered complaint to AIRTEL, there is no reply from them. I have tried through customer care those people skipping by saying that we dont belongs to that department. It is also charging money to take a complaint. I have also been to the Airtel service centre located at chrompet even though the problem is not solved.
