Dear Sir/Mad'am,
The Internet connection with IP TV has been established by Airtel on last week of May.
The company promised to visit of concern persons of the company while we would have any type of problem in connection.
But after taking the connection neither Internet nor IPTV is working properly.
I have been calling many times for last one months. This made me mentally upset. This service has effected my work and made a big economic loss.
So take an effective action against the service provider so that they wouldn't be able to do so with any other customer.
