I have called Airtel customer care 121 & complaint center 198 a number of times for poor m-check services. From the past 5 months I am not able to use my m-check services from my mobile (thru Airtel Live) properly. I am not able to recharge any amount thru m-check. After calling cust. care, their responses not helped me. Even when I tried to port my number due to all this, a call from Customer care executive came to me & assured me that mine complaint will be resolved in 2 days. But all this was of no use. Plz help.
